It has the convenience of use very similar to PLA and is excellent for artists and hobbyists who wish to experiment with different printing materials. It’s just about a drop in replacement for regular PLA and is quickly becoming a favourite to print with. Printing temperature ranges from 185° – 230° C (365°- 446° F). Slowing down the print speed to 50%-60% will fortify the smoothness of your print. Varying temperatures will have an effect on the colour of the overall product. No heated bed is required. It’s highly beneficial this product be used with 0.5 mm nozzles or larger to keep away from clogging. Alternatively, nozzles as small as 0.35 mm are being used with great success, every now and then the usage of higher heat to keep away from clogging. TIP: Attempt to keep away from letting the filament sit down within the hot end for any length of time at the same time as It’s hot, as this has a tendency to lead to clogging. Wood fibers collect on the tip when left sitting within the hot end. Once It’s printing keep it going. If it’s important to stop to do adjustments and so forth.. either pull the filament out of the recent end or let it cool down till you’re ready to begin printing again. These extra few steps will prevent a world of time.
